What’s new in this release!
This version will be available in production environments on May 8, 2024
Copy/Paste added to Job Template Editor
When updating a job template, users can now copy and paste entire building blocks, using the options located in the “More Actions” ellipsis menu.
To copy a building block to the JDX application’s clipboard, click Copy:
Then click Paste in the More Actions menu. This will insert the block at the bottom of the active tab:
If a pasted block needs to be moved, simply drag and drop to the target location or tab.
The Clipboard tool allows users to paste the XML content from a copied block to an external location, such as Notepad. This is useful for copying the configuration of a specific block from a staging environment to the production systems.
“Delete” has been relocated to this menu. Selecting and confirming a block deletion will permanently remove it from the job template.
Other Updates
Audit Log now displays changes made to an Acknowledgement Workflow via Impersonation
If a user impersonates an employee to approve, reject, or complete their acknowledgments, there will be a message in the related Audit Logs about it.
Validate form errors on the secondary job on Job Description Form
When editing jobs in a split-screen view, saving the secondary job now correctly shows its form validation errors, where it previously showed the validation for the primary job.
After adding Participant "Send Email to Employee” now refreshes
Previously, manually adding a participant to Job Workflow did not refresh the display to clearly indicate the new participant would receive the email. This has been corrected.
