Job Template Updates
Job Template settings are generally available to the administrative team who configure and manage how your job descriptions look on screen and in print. If you don’t see these settings, ask your JDX management team for assistance.
Add the ability to change block names
Add multi-line and height option
Date Pop-Up & Print Break properties added
Access toolbar settings from Job Template Settings window
Revise Job Descriptions with AI
The final touches have been put on the ability to revise existing job descriptions with the AI Assistant, which will be available to all clients in production sites about August 1st. If your site has the AI Assistant enabled, you will now be able to revise some building blocks within your job descriptions.
A Job Template manager can enable selected Bulleted List, Text Box, or HTML Box building blocks to be revised via AI while sending other pieces of the job content as context to help the Assistant better understand the requests.
All revision functionality will be opt-in; there will be no need to worry about sending restricted data to our AI tools.
Look for final updates and documentation to configure the revision options in the next couple weeks!
If your site does not have the AI Assistant enabled, reach out to your CSM for more information.
Editing Jobs in Side-by-Side View
Also widely available in the next two weeks, the side-by-side view will allow you to edit individual building blocks in a job. This will speed up the review process and simplify the process of tackling several jobs simultaneously.
