Auth. Settings for the "Workflows" Menu Items (Job Management)

You can check the auth. settings if the Start Express Workflow, Workflow Details, Workflow History, or Set Approved Flag menu options are disabled.

“Workflows” menu options

1. Navigate to Job Management.
2. Click Workflows, and check if these options are disabled:

• Start Express Workflow
• Workflow Details
• Workflow History
• Set Approved Flag

Button	Auth. Setting and Condition
Workflows	The Workflows button will be enabled if any of these options are visible: 'Start Express Workflow,' 'Workflow Details,' 'Workflow History,' or 'Set Approved Flag.'
Start Express Workflow	Enabled if the job is not in workflow and visible if StartExpressWorkflow = True
Workflow Details	Enabled if the job is in workflow and visible if ManageWorkflowInstance = True If ShowRevisionsToWFParticipantsOnly = True, the Workflow Details button would be disabled unless the active user were in the workflow. Disabled if Review Status = None Disabled if workflowInstance = null Enabled if active user is a participant

Set Approved Flag	If UpdateIsApprovedFlag = True or active user logged in is a job description administrator.
