The workspace of the Job Management tab is logically divided into various sections.
To view the Job Management tab
1. On the Advanced Tools menu, click Job Management.

Click the Job Management quick link.
This displays the Job Management tab.
The workspace is divided into the following sections:
It includes the following elements:

Job Data Grid – Displays the job list. Also contains:
- Action buttons (edit, properties, and set as Favorite) and More menu (copy, rename, and job posting)

Right-click menu – Displays after selecting and right-clicking one or more jobs in the job data grid. It contains the following menu items:
- View Side-by-Side
- Compare Job Descriptions
- Reapply Master Template
- View Master Template
- Delete Job Descriptions
- Search and Filter Options – Displays the search, advanced search, and filter options. Also includes the show/hide active jobs toggle
- Top Buttons – Displays the buttons to add a new job and perform workflow actions
- Toolbar – Displays the Import, Export, and Archive buttons. Also, More menu to configure the display grid and data management
- Record Display – Displays the count of jobs displayed in the data grid and the option to set the maximum records
- Right Pane – Displays tabs to perform additional tasks
