You can delete the archives of jobs and reset their versions to zero.
To delete the archives of jobs
1. Navigate to Admin Tools and click Manage Job Attachments.
This displays the following screen:
2. In the Filter By File Type(s) list, select Job Description Archive.
3. In the Max Records list, select the maximum count so that it displays all records.
4. Click Search.
This displays the job description archives as shown:
5. Click Select All to select all archives from the list and click Delete.
This action permanently deletes the job description archives and cannot be restored.
To reset the job version to zero
The next step is to reset these jobs to version zero (since all archives are deleted).
1. Open Housekeeping.
2. Select the Reset Job Version to zero if no Archives found check box.
3. Click Start Housekeeping.
This completes the housekeeping task.
This action is not reversible and, hence, should be performed with extra caution.
