You can save an existing building block of a job to use it later in other jobs. These building blocks can be accessed from the search library while creating other jobs.
To customize the job-sharing settings
1. Navigate to the Job Management tab.
2. Select the job for which you wish to customize the share settings.
3. Click the Preview tab.
This displays the following screen:
4. Click the Share icon as shown in the following figure:

5. Click More to set the share link expiration date.
This displays the following screen:
6. Select the date and click Select and Close.
The expiration date is populated in the screen as follows:
7. Click More, and select Settings.
This displays the Settings for Sharing screen:
8. Click Share Settings, and select Share1JD_ExpirationDays.
This displays the following screen:
8. Enter the number of days for which you want to keep the share link active.
9. Click Apply Changes.
10. Click Save and Close.
This saves the settings and closes the screen.
11. Click Create Link to create the share link.
This creates a link to share the job with external users.

12. Click x to close the screen.
