Logon to JDX

You can access JDX using your unique uniform resource locator (URL).

To logon into the system

1. Open your system URL in a web browser.

This displays the home page of JDXpert:

For the system requirements, refer to the article “System Requirements”.

2. Enter the login credentials in the following boxes:

• Username – username
• Password – password

3. Select the Remember me check box, if you wish to remember the credentials.

4. Click Sign In.

This displays the main page of the application:

Session Timeout

JDXpert enforces a web session timeout of 30 minutes with sliding expiration. Any user activity within the application resets the session and extends it for another 30 minutes.
