Enhanced Revise AI Features – JDXpert

Hello, today we are going to be reviewing the Revise with AI feature update for your prompt engine.

So, if AI is turned on in your environment and the block that you want AI to revise has been turned on in your environment then as usual, you can click Revise with AI.

Historically what you would see before this is just these particular pre-prompt engineered buttons.

Now we have the ability to potentially edit that prompt as we see here. Here you are seeing the JDXpert standard prompt for the Create New button!

As always you can select individual items or select all and that has been a historical ability.

But now, let's pretend that I am working on this ER Nurse II job. This generic prompt from JDXpert is wonderful but I'm a healthcare facility. And I just want to make sure that the outputs of this prompt are a little bit more healthcare specific.

So I went ahead and created my own version of Create New force specifically in the healthcare setting. And to make sure that the responsibilities are related to XY&Z. Keep in the mind, this is not required, this is just a ability that you can replace notes here. You cannot save your prompt.

So if you have a prompt that you like to utilize during this process, it would be something that you would probably have in the Word documents. We can also reset prompt back to the JDXpert best practice.

So I am going to go ahead and hit Reset. Hit Yes in that will reset all of the selections including the prompt.

I will need to select all and click Create New which will show the JDXpert best practice prompt. Create New does not auto-generate content in the right as shown. You have to basically hit Send.

So here, I am going to replace my prompt that I developed for my specific needs and hit Send. I will be waiting for the content to appear here as its real time.

Please note that you can do that on any of these other particular prompts as needed.

Just like before, you have a couple of different options here. You can either replace with these selections into your current prompt which will remove all of the old prompt Essential Functions and replace that with the new prompt Essential Functions and percentage of time recommendations if you use percentage of time.

Alternatively you can merge these prompt suggestions. You would just simply need to adjust your percentage of time to equal 100% as having these percentages included in your merge it will result in it being over 100%.

In this example we are always collecting feedback on our AI revision tools. So you will see the Thumbs Down and Thumbs Up icons.

So if I just love this output it but maybe have a suggestion, I can simply say hey this is wonderful but enter the feedback in this box.

Or if it is returning nonsense, I can hit the Thumbs Down and enter the feedback. The View Messages is a sysadmin only feature.

And go ahead and hit Replace.

That has the AI generated prompt into my Essential Functions area.

Couple of housekeeping tips: If the user yourself likes Create New and other buttons, it adds the prompt together.

So the only way to go back is by hitting either Reset or existing out and going back in. Please note once again if you have multiple these you will get multiple prompts.
