Career_Ladders – JDXpert

Another way that you can view the job descriptions is by using the using the Career Ladders view.

This view allows you to view a group of job descriptions together by subfamily. Select the subfamily you wish to view by clicking on the ellipsis.

This displays the Select Career Ladder screen.

On the left side, click on the plus to expand the job family selection.

And then select the subfamily that you would like to view.

Once you have selected your subfamily, you can then click View Side-By-Side.

This displays the Side-By-Side View screen.

Again note that, if you have selected more than four job descriptions, you will have to use the scroll bar at the bottom of the dialog box. As you view these job descriptions side by side, you can highlight the differences and hide the identical rows.

Within the side-by-side view, you can also click on Export as Excel. This will produce a downloadable report that you can view and edit within Excel.

If you do not need to view the job descriptions side by side, you can download the career ladder view on the career ladder page without opening the side-by-side view.
