You can quickly register for the JDXpert Onboarding Learning Management System (LMS) and access the learning courses.
To register for the LMS
1. On the Help menu, click Getting Started.
This displays the Getting Started tab:
2. Click Signup for JDXpert Onboarding.
This displays the following screen:
3. Enter the following details in the form:
First Name
Last Name
Company/Business Name
Work Email Address
You have to register for only one course. If you want to access more courses, send an email to us once you register in the Learning Management System (LMS).
4. Click Submit.
This displays the following screen:
To start the training courses
You can start the training courses or continue the incomplete courses after registration in the LMS.
1. Click Continue Your JDXpert Onboarding Experience as shown:
This displays the following screen:
2. Click the required course.
These steps process are same as mentioned in the “Help Center Overview” section.
To configure the Getting Started node
You can configure the Getting Started node and display the required HTML file.
1. Right-click the Getting Started icon and select Edit Node.
This displays the following screen:
2. Click the All Properties tab.
This node can display six different help files based on the role of the active user.
You need to create and configure the following six HTML files:
3. Set the access control of all properties to NoAccessAllowed except where the help file is required as follows:
AccessControl_HelpFile_1 – NoAccessAllowed
AccessControl_HelpFile_2 – Give access to the required roles
AccessControl_HelpFile_3 – NoAccessAllowed
AccessControl_HelpFile_4 – NoAccessAllowed
AccessControl_HelpFile_5 – NoAccessAllowed
AccessControl_HelpFile_6 – NoAccessAllowed
4. Click Save and Close.
This displays the HelpFile_2.htm file in the Getting Started node.
