To open the community forum

  1. On the toolbar, click the Community icon.

Or

Click the Community tab.

This displays the following screen:

2. Enter the login credentials and click Sign In.

  1. Click Community.

This screen contains the following tabs:

  • All – Displays information from all tabs

  • Announcement – Displays the notifications from JDXpert

  • Question – Displays the questions from all clients

  • Idea – Displays the ideas (feature requests) posted by clients

  • Unreplied posts – Displays posts that have not yet received a reply.

  1. Select the required tab and search the required details.

To add a new topic

  1. Click Add Topic.

This displays the Add Topic screen:

  1. Enter the required details and click Post.

This posts the topic in the forum.
