You can use the JDXpert Resource Center to create tickets, view the release notes, watch product videos, and search for past solutions.
To open the JDXpert Resource Center
- On the bottom-right corner of the homepage, click JDXpert Resource Center.
Set the EnableTutorials property to True in business rules to enable this feature.
This displays the following options:
The position of this icon is fixed and cannot be changed.
To contact support and search for knowledge base articles
- Click Contact Support.
This displays the following screen:
- Enter the text for which you are searching the content.
- Click Submit.
This displays the results as shown:
- Click View Article.
This displays the KB article:
- Select the following option:
- Create Ticket – To create a ticket
- Search Again – To search again
To view the product videos
- Click How-To Videos.
This displays the following screen:
- Click the link to watch the video:
This displays the video as shown:
To contact the support team
- Click Contact the CS Team.
This displays the following screen:
- Click the following option to send an email to the support team.
To view the release notes
- Click What’s New.
This displays the following screen:
- Click the following:
- What’s New – To view the release notes of the latest version.
This displays the following screen:
- Previous Releases – To view the release notes of previous versions.
This displays the following screen:
- Click the release notes of the previous release.
This displays the release notes:
