Workflows Updates
We are in the process of refreshing and modernizing several pieces of the job workflow process. Some changes made this release:
Workflow History now allows you to pop out the Comparison and Comments screens directly from the grid overview
Workflow comments will now include the step during which they were added
Several deprecated functions were cleaned out of the Workflow Profile configuration screens. This should reduce confusion when configuring a new profile
We corrected an error that displayed when a workflow step is approved but the courtesy email recipient is a previously deleted employee
Look for additional improvements to Job Workflow management and review coming over the next several weeks!
Job Template Management
Security and Visibility rules can now be imported to the All Block view without requiring administrators to touch each affected building block’s configuration and without risk of overwriting additional settings
Several building block-specific properties have been migrated from the legacy Advanced Master Template to the Job Template Editor, simplifying modification of those settings:

Additional Advanced Master Template properties will be added to the Job Template over the next few weeks as well.
Other Updates and Fixes
Some users had reported that applying styles to all blocks in the Style Manager was not updating as expected. This has been resolved, and “Apply to All Blocks” will correctly update all building blocks now.
Employee imports with large numbers of terminated employees will now add excess logging to an attachment in the logs rather than list is all on screen. This will speed up the time large imports take and streamline reviewing the logs.
