Workflows
Deleted/cancelled workflows will now show in the Workflow History grid view. Deleted workflows will show with gray text, while completed workflows will show with normal text. A deleted workflow can be reviewed for completed steps and changes made. Additional updates to the deleted workflows views will be coming soon!
The Workflow tree view more easily displays step and participant information. Previously, a user could click almost anywhere in the participant or step tile to get info, but this is more clearly displayed with an (i) info icon now:
Fixes to outstanding Workflows issues:
A previous update shifted the grid view to be off by one column. This has been resolved, and the grid views display correctly now
The display view of Workflow History varied between screens. This has been updated to consistently display current info
A missing "Can Add Participant" checkbox was added
A Housekeeping task was added to update the CanAddParticipants flag(s) to match the same flag(s) in the workflow profile
Job Template Editor
Additional configuration options from the legacy Advanced Master Template have been added to the Job Template Editor:
Action Button Field - All Properties Settings
Formula Field - All Properties Settings
Add multiselect delimiter
The ChoiceRev function has been updated to behave in alignment with the documentation. It now only returns the indicated choice list value.
Note: Some workarounds previously put in place may be affected by this change.
