Fine-tuning Revise Jobs via AI

• The following building block types can now send their data as background data for ChatGPT to create a revision. This allows the AI Assistant to better understand the context around the job being revised.

  • Combobox

  • Textbox

  • BulletList

  • HTML

  • Family and Subfunction

  • Statement Bullet List

  • Radio Buttons

  • Checkboxes

• Additional updates were made to improve the quality of results returned to JDX

• The ability to revise jobs is now included for any client that has already enabled the ability to create jobs with the AI Assistant, but configuration is required to opt-in to sending specific building blocks to the AI tool to revise or as background information.
  Look for updated knowledge base articles and training videos soon!

Enable side-by-side single block editing

• Anyone who could already get in to the side-by-side view can now edit single blocks without requiring additional settings or configuration

Additional improvements to the Job Template Editor

• The deprecated preview in the right panel of the job template has been removed

• When the Binding Type is changed (e.g. Tagged Text to User Defined field or Bindable Property to Tagged Text), any configuration specific to the previous Binding Type selected will be removed. Only the current Binding Type's configuration will be saved.

• Double-clicking on a row in Form Errors of the JTE will now take the user into edit mode of the block listed in the "Tab Page" and "Building Block Name" rather than the conflicting block referenced in the "Error Message" column.
