Workflows
Bulk-replace a participant in many workflows. Replace Participant option in the Participant Perspective tab of Manage Workflows allows a bulk replacement of a selected participant on selected workflow steps.
Remove a non-approver participant without going to Manage Workflows. When enabled, users are now able to remove non-approvers from workflows using the new trash can icon on the workflow details page. This setting must be enabled from the workflow profile on the Step Summary.
Once navigating to the workflow details, we can see the trash can icon to remove non-approver participants.
Improved tracking of rejected workflows. A text field has been added to the 'Return Step,' 'Finalize Workflow,' and 'Cancel Workflow' screens where users can write their comments. This way, users will now be able to provide a reason when rejecting, finalize, or canceling a workflow. The entered text will be added as a comment to the workflow. Each field has a default value, and if users do not enter anything, the default value will be added as the comment to the workflow.
