Improved Email Functionality:
This update resolves an issue where it wasn’t possible to send or preview a Courtesy Email when no Courtesy Recipients were assigned. Now, CC recipients can receive emails as intended.Better Workflow Experience:
Courtesy Recipients typically receive emails for informational purposes and are not directly involved in the task. This update ensures CC recipients stay informed, even when no Courtesy Recipients are specified in the workflow.

Workday Integration Updates
Password Display in Workday WebService Settings
When you edit the Workday WebService Settings, the password will now be displayed as a series of asterisks (***).
By default, when you open the settings, the password will appear as 20 asterisks, like this:
********************.If you need to edit the password, it will temporarily show the actual characters while you’re typing. Once you click away from the password field, it will automatically hide again behind asterisks.
This makes it easier to securely manage passwords while giving you visibility when needed during edits.
Error When URL is Missing in Workday Settings
If the URL field in your Workday settings is left blank, you may encounter an error when trying to open the settings.
This happens when the Workday setup for a site hasn’t been fully completed, particularly if the URL hasn't been entered. To avoid the system exception, make sure that all the required fields, including the URL, are filled in when setting up Workday.
Uploading Compensation Grades to Workday
To update compensation grades or profiles in Workday, you need to upload the correct file. This file is specified in your Workday settings under GetCompensationGrades_WorkbookName.
First, make sure to update this file on your local computer with the new compensation grades or profiles.
Then, you can upload the updated file using the Upload Compensation Grades to Workday feature, which is available in the settings.
We’ve also improved the instructions in the upload dialog to make the process clearer.
Clean Up Exceptions in User Records
System Exception Resolved
We’ve resolved an issue where a system exception occurred when creating or editing user records. Now, you can confidently create and edit user records without encountering errors.
Additionally, importing employees from Employee Admin and remote tasks now works smoothly. Passwords for imported users are securely hashed, ensuring stronger protection for user data.
Import Progress Bar Issue Fixed
The issue with system exceptions during user imports has been addressed. You can now import users without errors using the following steps:
Admin Tools > User Records: Filter all employees, export the user list to Excel, add new users and password details, then import the updated file back into the system.
During the import, the system will map the fields correctly, and the new user records will be added without issues. Passwords for new users will also be securely hashed.
After the import, the new user will be successfully created, and you can sign in as that user to verify their login works.
