Consolidate Content Search Sources to Business Rules
In this release, we’ve made significant improvements to simplify configuration and enhance the end-user experience for Content Search Source settings. Admin users will now configure Content Search Source settings in a single, centralized location within Business Rules. This change provides consistency across all relevant areas, reducing the need for repetitive configuration steps.
Unified Configuration: Content Search Source settings are now managed solely through Business Rules, ensuring consistent application across all instances of Content Search screens.
Automatic Filtering of Sources: Any Content Search Source that is not applicable to a specific instance of a Content Search screen will automatically be hidden, even if enabled in Business Rules. This ensures users only see relevant options based on the context.
Deprecation of AMT Settings: Previous Content Search Source settings configured at the building block level (within the AMT) are now deprecated. These settings are no longer applied, streamlining the configuration process.
Important Note:
While the Generative AI option is visible in Business Rules, it remains hidden in individual content search screens at the building block level. For using AI-powered updates to content, please use the Revise option, which offers a more advanced and contextually aware solution.
These changes are designed to simplify configuration and enhance the consistency and usability of content search options across all applicable areas. Please update your configurations as needed to take full advantage of this improved experience.
Workflow Details Flow Chart - Top Node Redesign
Improved Consistency in Workflow Diagram: The top-node in the workflows details has been replaced with an information icon located at the top right of the modal named Workflow Details.
Standardized Button Labels: The "Details" label has been adjusted to align visually with the "Compare" label, providing a cleaner, more cohesive look.
These changes are designed to enhance clarity and consistency, making it easier to navigate workflow details and access essential information.
Static UI Acknowledgment Fix for Manager Display
We’ve improved consistency in manager display between the Static UI Acknowledgment and the Explore Acknowledgment grid. Now, the manager shown will remain the same across both views, even if updates occur after the acknowledgment process starts.
Bulk Replace Participant - Email Messaging & Portal URL Creation
We’ve added new enhancements to the Bulk Participant Replacement functionality within Workflow Management, making it easier to replace participants smoothly across active workflows.
Refreshed Portal Requests: When replacing a participant, any associated ad-hoc URLs and portal requests will now be updated to reflect the new participant’s name, ensuring accurate and seamless transition in workflows.
Enhanced Email Notifications: Admins can now send an optional notification email to the replacement participant. This email will use the existing template, "On Add Participant – Email to New Participant," to simplify the transition and keep participants informed.
