Form List Navigation
Admins will now find it easier to navigate the form list. We have reorganized the UI elements to provide more horizontal space for the dropdown menu. This adjustment improves visibility and makes it simpler to identify and select the desired items.
Workday Integration Update
All workday integrations that use the Recruiting use the newest Recruiting version (v42). Workday recruiting and staffing will now use the General_Event_SubcategoryObjectType instead of the Event_Classification_SubcategoryObjectType and the General_Event_SubcategoryObjectIDType instead of Event_Classification_SubcategoryObjectIDType.
Workflow Email Content
We have resolved an issue where the default text “Add Email Content” was appearing in job workflow emails. This fix ensures that emails now display the appropriate content, enhancing communication clarity and professionalism.
Terminating Employees via Import
An error was previously occurring when marking terminated employees via the Import Dashboard or Employee Administration imports, which interrupted the import process. This issue has been addressed, allowing the import process to complete successfully without errors. To verify the fix, ensure the ‘Imported employees - mark omitted as Terminated’ property is enabled and use the Employee Administration node to import a file. The import process should now proceed without any interruptions, and the error log will confirm the successful completion.
Job Catalog Custom Search
We have fixed an issue where creating a custom filter in the Job Catalog caused a node-breaking error. This problem has been resolved, ensuring that custom searches now function correctly without causing any disruptions. Admins can now add or enable custom filters in the Job Catalog without encountering errors.
Base Job Title in Workflow
There was an issue where the base job title continued to display on the Task list and Job Management grid even after renaming. This has been fixed, ensuring that the job title updates correctly in all instances after renaming. Any future name changes will automatically update the title, providing a more accurate and consistent user experience.
