You can select competencies and their level from the competency matrix.
To select competencies from the competencies matrix
1. Navigate to the Job Management tab.
2. Use the search and filter options to find the desired jobs.
3. Double-click the job which you want to edit.
This displays the job in the View/Edit form.
4. Click the Edit toggle to turn on the edit mode.
5. Click the Competencies tab.
6. Click Competencies.
This displays the competency matrix in the Select Competencies screen:
The competency matrix contains the following elements:
- Search and Filter Options – To search and filter competency name
- Competency List – Displays the competency names
- Competency Level and its Details – Displays the competency level and its details
This screen highlights the existing competencies as shown:
7. Select the competency levels for the required competency names.
8. Click Save and Close.
This populates the competency details in the Competencies tab as shown in the following figure:
These fields are non-editable in this tab.
9. Click Save and Close.
This saves the details and closes the screen.
