You can export the reference bullet lists to an Excel file.
Reference Bullet lists Overview
Reference bullet lists are used to populate the bullet lists with default values in job descriptions. These reference bullet lists auto-populate the set of static values in the job descriptions.
1. Navigate to the Job Management tab.
2. Use the search and filter options to find the desired jobs.
3. Double-click a job that you want to view.
This displays the job in the View/Edit screen:
4. Click the Toggle switch to turn on the edit mode.
5. Click the Physical Demands tab.
The reference bullet lists are shown in the following figure:
6. Select the required criteria in the Physical Demand Type list.
This displays the reference bullet lists of the selected criteria.
This allows you to check the physical qualifications required for the selected criteria. You can also modify the default settings in this list.
To export the reference bullet lists in Excel
1. Navigate to the Admin Tools tab.
2. Click Data Management to expand the node, and select Reference Bullet Lists.
This displays the authorization settings in the right pane.
This screen contains the following elements:
- Toolbar – Contains the action buttons
- Search and Filter Criteria – Contains the search and filter criteria
- Bullet Lists – Displays the list of bullet lists
- Bullet List Details – Displays the details of the selected bullet list
3. Select the filter in the Filter By Name list.
4. Enter the search criteria in Search Text/ID box and click Search.
This displays the search results of the bullet lists as shown in the following figure:
4. Select the required bullet lists from the search results.
5. Click Export, and then select Export to Excel.
This displays the Export Bullet Lists to Excel dialog box.
6. Select the following options:
- Selected Reference Lists – To export the selected reference lists
- All Records – To export all records
7. Click Export Reference List(s) To Excel Workbook.
This displays the results in the View Workbooks screen:
8. Click Download as Excel Workbook.
9. Click Download File(s).
This downloads and saves the Excel file.
10. Open the Excel file to view it.
11. Click x to close the file.
To import the reference bullet lists
You can make the required changes in the exported Excel file and then reimport it to the system.
1. Click Import, and select Import from Excel.
This displays the Import Reference Bullet Lists from Excel wizard.
