You can save existing building blocks to use it in other jobs. These building blocks can be accessed later from the search library while creating new jobs.
To save the job description to a reference bullet list
1. Navigate to the Job Management tab.
2. Use the search and filter options to find the desired jobs.
3. Double-click a job from which you wish to copy the job data.
This displays the job in the View/Edit screen:
4. Click the Toggle switch to turn on the edit mode.
5. Click the Essential Functions tab.
6. Click Save List.
This displays the following screen:
7. Click the Ref. Bullet List Key Values tab.
8. Enter the reference bullets list name in the Reference Bullet List Name list.
9. Select the family in which you want to save the reference bullet lists in the Function/Family list.
10. Enter the source of the bullet list in the Source of Bulleted List box.
11. Enter the source job title in the Source Job Title box.
12. Click the Bullet Rows tab.
This displays the following screen:
This tab displays the existing reference bullet list in separate rows. You can add, update, or delete rows in this list
13. Click Save and Close.
This displays the following message:
You can use this saved reference bullet list in other job descriptions.
14. Click Ok.
15. Click Save and Close.
