You can add job and website as bookmarks to the job descriptions.
To view the bookmarks screen
1. Navigate to the Job Management tab.
2. Use the search and filter options to display the desired jobs.
3. Double-click a job for which you wish to add bookmarks.
This opens the job in the View Job Description screen:
4. Click the Preview Pane tab.
This displays the following screen:
5. Click the Bookmarks tab.
6. Click Manage.
This displays the Edit Bookmarks screen:
To add a job bookmark
1. Click Add Bookmarks, and select Job Bookmark.
This displays the Bookmark a Job dialog box:
2. Enter the bookmark title in the Bookmark a Job box.
3. Click Search to display the job list.
4. Use the search and filter options to find the desired jobs.
5. Select the job for which you wish to add as a bookmark.
6. Click Select and Close.
This populates the job as shown in the following figure:
7. Click Preview Job to preview the job.
This displays the preview of the job.
8. Click x to close the preview screen.
9. Click Save and Close.
This adds the bookmark to the job and displayed as shown:
10. Click Save and Close.
This saves the bookmark and displays the preview of the job.
To add a bookmark for a webpage or weblink
1. Click Add Bookmarks, and select Web Page URL Bookmark.
This displays the Bookmark a Web Page URL dialog box:
2. Enter the bookmark title in the Bookmark Title box.
3. Enter the weblink (URL) in the Paste URL box.
4. Click Preview Web Page to preview the web page.
This displays the preview of the website:
You can access only authorized websites in JDXpert. If the webpage is not displayed, you may have to add the website to the list of allowed sites for third party access.
5. Click x to close the preview screen.
6. Click Save and Close.
This adds the bookmark as shown in the following figure:
7. Click Save and Close.
This adds the bookmark to the list.
8. Select the new bookmark in the list to preview its webpage.
9. Click x to close the screen.
