You can map jobs to multiple employees using additional job search criteria in the Employee Administration tab.
To configure the Employee Administration tab
1. Navigate to the Admin Tools tab.
2. Click the Employee Related Admin Functions and select the Employee Administration node.
This displays the following screen:

Double-click the Employee Administration icon on the home page.
This displays the Employee Administration tab.
3. Click More, point to Configure, and select Edit Auth Settings File.
This displays the following screen:
4. Search for the EE_EditEmployeeForm property and set it to True.
5. Click Save and Close.
To map employees to jobs
You can map one or more employees currently assigned to a single job to a different single job. This functionality is similar to reassigning jobs to employees from the Job Management tab → Employees tab.

To assign a single job to a single employee
1. Use the search and filter options to find the desired employees.
This displays the following screen:
2. Select any employee for which you wish to reassign the job.
3. Right-click the selected row and select Map to New Job.
This displays the following screen:
4. Use the search and filter options to find the desired jobs.
5. Select the required job in the list and click Select and Close.
This displays the following screen:
6. Select the Update Title in Employee Record(s) check box to update the title in employee records.
7. Select the Update Job Code in Employee Record(s) check box to update the job code in employee records.
8. Click Update Employee(s).
This displays the results in the following screen:
9. Click x to close the screen.
This displays the new job/role of the employee as shown:
To assign single job to multiple employees
1. Use the search and filter options to find the desired employees.
This displays the following screen:
2. Select the employees for which you wish to reassign jobs.
3. Right-click on any of the selected rows and select Map to New Job.
This displays the following screen:
4. Use the search and filter options to find the desired jobs.
5. Select the job which you wish to assign and click Select and Close.
This displays the following screen:
6. Select the Update Title in Employee Record(s) check box to update the title in employee records.
7. Select the Update Job Code in Employee Record(s) check box to update the job code in employee records.
8. Click Update Employee(s).
This displays the results in the following screen:
9. Click x to close the screen.
This assigns the new role/job to the selected employees as shown:
