You can revise the content in the job descriptions using the magic wand. Currently, this feature is limited to bullet lists, HTML boxes, and text box blocks.
To revise the content using the magic wand
Click this icon on the left side of this block.
This displays the following screen:
The bottom of this screen contains the buttons and text box for adding instructions:
This functionalities of these buttons are described in the following table:

Condense | To condense or summarize the content. |

Elaborate | To elaborate the content. |
Adjust Tone | To adjust the tone of the language. The dropdown list contains these options:

To create a new content
Select the required rows of the bullet list.
Click Create New.
This populates the instructions for the new content in the box as shown:
You can also manually enter instructions in this box.
Click Send.
This generates the new content in the right pane as shown:
Click the following:
Merge – To append the new content with the existing.
Replace – To replace the new content with the existing.
To condense the content
Click Condense.
This generates the instructions to condense the text as shown:
Or
Enter the instructions manually to condense the text:
Click Send.
This generates the condensed content in the right pane as shown:
Click the following:
Merge – To append the new content with the existing.
Replace – To replace the content with the existing.
To optimize the content
Click Optimize.
This generates the instructions to optimize the content as shown:
You can also manually enter instructions in this box.
Click Send.
This displays the optimized content in the right pane:

To elaborate the content
Click Elaborate.
This generates the instructions to elaborate the content as shown:

To change the language tone
Select the required tone in the Adjust Tone list.
For example, select Academic and it generates the instructions as shown:
Click Send.
This generates the new content with the Academic tone as shown:

To revise the content grammatically
Click Check Grammar.
This generates the instructions to revise the content grammatically as shown:
Click Send.
