You can add “P” and “C” letter icons to parent and child jobs to identify them.

To view parent and child jobs

1. Navigate to the Job Management tab.

2. Use the search and filter options to find the desired jobs.

3. In the Filter list, set the Is Parent Flag filter to True.

This displays the parent jobs as shown:

4. Similarly, set the Is Child Flag to True to view the child jobs.

To add the P and C notification icons

1. Click More, point to Configure, and select Job Management Grid Columns.

2. Click Define Grid Columns.

3. Edit the column displaying the job description name.

This displays the following dialog box:

4. Add any of the following named expressions:

5. Click Save and Close.

6. Select the Is Html? check box.

7. Click Save and Close.

8. Click Save and Close.

9. Click Save and Close.
