You can add attachments to a job for providing additional information.
To add an attachment to the job description
1. Navigate to the Job Management tab.
2. Use the search and filter options to search for the desired jobs.
3. Double-click a job for which you wish to add an attachment.
This displays the job in the View/Edit screen:
4. Click Preview Pane.
This displays the following screen:
5. Click the Attachments tab.
6. Click Manage.
This displays the Manage Attachments screen:
7. Click Upload Attachment.
This displays the following dialog box:
8. Click Add.
9. Click Choose File.
10. Select the file which you wish to upload.
This displays the following dialog box:
11. Click Ok.
This displays the uploaded file as shown in the following figure:
You can add multiple attachments in this manner.
12. Click x to close the screen.
