You can mass upload job attachments for one or multiple job descriptions.
To create the zip file of attachments
You need to create a folder structure for the attachments and the ZIP file.
Create separate folders for each job (with the respective job names).
Copy the attachment files into their respective job folders.
Select all folders and create the ZIP file at the root level.
This ZIP file is imported into the system.
To import multiple attachments for multiple jobs
1. Navigate to the Admin Tools tab.
2. Click Job Description Administration and select the Manage Job Description Attachments node.
This displays attachments of all job descriptions:
Click Import.
This displays the following screen:
Click Browse File(s).
Click Add.
Click Choose File.
Select the ZIP file.
Click OK.
Select all files and click Import Checked Files.
Click Close the Upload Tool.
This imports all attachments into the system.
