You can view all employees of a job, assign other employees to the job, and assign existing employees to other job in this tab.
To view the Employees tab
1. Navigate to the Job Management tab.
2. Use the search and filter options to find the desired jobs.
3. Select a job in the job data grid.
4. In the right pane, click Employees.
This displays the employee list in the Employees pane as shown in the following image:
5. Click the Filter list and select the following:
Active Employees – To display the active employees in the list
Terminated Employees – To display the terminated employees in the list
To view employee details
1. In the Employee pane, select the employee.
2. In the Action column, click the following icon:
This displays the View Employee screen:
3. Click each tab to view its details:
To assign employees to a job
1. In the Employees pane, click Assign to Employees.
This displays the Assign Employee(s) dialog box.
3. Use the search and filter options to find the desired employees.
Employees already assigned to the job are not displayed in the list.
4. Select the employees from the search results.
5. Click Assign Employee(s).
This displays the Update Employee Job Details dialog box.
6. Select the following option:
Selected Employees – To update the selected employees
All Employees – To update all employees
7. Select the following check boxes (as applicable):
Delete Existing Employee Workflow(s) – To delete existing employee workflows
This option displays if there are active employee workflows. Active workflows must be deleted to update details for those employees.
Update Title in Employee Record(s) – To update the job title in employee records
Update Job Code in Employee Record(s) – To update the job code in employee records
8. Click Update Employee(s).
The new employees are added to the list.
To assign employees to another job
1. In the Employees pane, select the employee which you wish to assign another job.
2. Click Assign To Another Job.
This displays the Select Job dialog box.
4. Use the search and filter options to display the desired results.
5. Select the job from the list and click Select and Close.
This displays the Assign Confirmation message.
6. Click Yes.
This displays the Assign Result message.
7. Click Ok.
The employees are assigned to a new job.
To update the employee count
1. In the Employee pane, click More, and then click Update Count.
This displays the Confirm Update message:
2. Click Yes.
This displays the Updated message.
3. Click Ok.
This displays the updated employee list in the Employee pane.
To update the employee job details
1. In the Employee pane, click More, and then click Update Employee Record.
This displays the Update Employee Job Details screen:
2. Select the following option:
Selected Employees – To update the job details of the selected employees
All Employees – To update the job details of all employees
Active workflows are deleted after updating the employee details.
3. Select the following check boxes:
Delete Existing Employee Workflow(s) – To delete existing employee workflows
Update Title in Employee Record(s) – To update titles in employee records
Update Job Code in Employee Record(s) – To update job code in employee records
4. Click Update Employee(s).
This updates the details and displays the following screen:
5. Click x to close the screen.
