Similar Jobs Tab

You can search for similar jobs, view their similarity score, and export them to an Excel file.

To view the Similar Jobs tab

  1. Navigate to the Job Management tab.

  2. Use the search and filter options to find the desired jobs.

  3. Select a job in the job data grid.

  1. Click the Similar Jobs tab in the right pane.

This displays the jobs similar to the selected job as shown in the following figure:

JDXpert utilizes an advanced Microsoft SQL Server full-text search function to perform a comprehensive search across Job description name, Title, Description, Essential Functions, Competencies, and other specified fields. The system returns a list of job descriptions, each with a similarity score, by matching the meaning of the search query, not just the exact words.

To update the similar jobs

  1. Click Update Results in the Similar Jobs pane.

This populates the updated results as shown:

To export the grid

You can export similar jobs to an Excel file.

  1. Click More, and select Export Grid.

This displays the preview of similar jobs in the following screen:

  1. Click Download.

This displays the following dialog box:

  1. Click Download File(s).

  2. Double-click the file to view it.
