You can export the legacy choice list values in an Excel sheet. This retrieves the values from all jobs of the selected master template that do not match any values with the respective choice list.
To export the legacy choice list values
1. Navigate to the Job Management tab.
2. Click More, point to Data Management, and click Export Legacy Values for Choicelists.
This displays the Create Legacy Value Report screen:
3. Select the master template for which you wish to find the legacy values of the choice list fields.
4. Click Create Report.
This displays the following message:
5. Click Download File(s).
This downloads and saves the file.
6. Double-click the file to open it.
This export process scans all jobs and creates a report of the fields that do not match the values in the respective choice list. This way it does the audit of the jobs that have mismatched choice list values.
You can update the required fields in this Excel file and import the file in the system to update the field values.
