You can export jobs as XML files. This feature is used to take the backup of job data.

To export jobs as XML files

1. Navigate to the Job Management tab.

2. Use the search and filter options to find the desired jobs.

3. Select the jobs in the grid if you want to export the selected jobs.

4. Click Export, and then select Export Jobs as XML files.

This displays the following screen:

5. Select the following option:

6. Select the Export in Compressed Mode check box if you wish the export file as a ZIP file.

7. Click Export.

This displays the following dialog box:

8. Click Download File(s).

This downloads as a ZIP file.

9. Open the ZIP folder to view all files.

These XML files have .JDXJD extension.
