You can update the list of impersonation employees.
To edit your impersonations
1. In the left pane, click the following icon:
This displays the Impersonate screen.
2. Click More, and then click Edit My Impersonations.
This displays the Edit Impersonations screen:
This displays the list of employees whom you can impersonate.
To add employees to your impersonation list
1. Click Add Impersonations(s).
This displays the Select Multiple Employees screen:
2. Use the search and filter options to find the desired employee.
3. Select the employees from the list and click Select Employee(s) and Close.
These employees get added to your impersonation list and displayed as follows:
Click Add Everyone if you wish to add all employees to your impersonating list.
6. Click x to close the screen.
7. Click x to close the Impersonate screen.
Administrators can also add impersonations from Admin Tools. For further information, refer to the article, “Adding Impersonations.”
To delete employees from your impersonation list
1. Select the employees which you wish to delete from your impersonation list.
2. Click Delete.
This displays the following message:
3. Click Yes.
This displays the following message:
4. Click Ok.
This deletes the employees from your impersonation list:
