You can apply, change, and customize the existing theme of the system. The theme applied to the system is referred as organization-level theme.
To preview the existing organization-level theme
1. Click the following icon on the main page and select Edit JDX Theme V2.
This displays the Edit JDX Theme V2 screen:
2. Click Preview Theme.
This displays the preview of the existing theme.
You can define the color and display settings of labels, panels, progress bars, and various other elements of the user interface.
To apply a new organization-level theme
1. Select the new theme in the Selected Theme list.
2. Click Preview Theme to preview the selected theme.
This displays the preview of the new theme.
Scroll down the screen to preview the various elements in the system (for example, buttons, labels, list views, action buttons, and so on.)
3. Click More, and select Edit Theme for Organization.
This displays the following message:
4. Click Yes.
The new theme is applied to your system.
Organization-level theme can only be changed but cannot be removed.
To add and customize a new theme in JDXpert
You can add new themes and customize them as per your requirements.
1. Click Add.
This displays the Add JDX Theme V2 dialog box:
2. Enter the new theme name in the New Theme Name box.
3. Select the theme in Copy From list from which you wish to copy the new theme.
4. Click Select Color to replace the existing color.
This displays the following color palette:
5. Select the new color and click OK.
This displays the following screen:
6. Click Select Color to replace the hover color.
This displays the following color palette:
7. Select the new color and click OK.
This displays the following screen:
8. Click Add and Close.
This displays the following message:
9. Click Yes.
This adds a new theme to the list.
To customize an existing theme
The elements which can be customized for themes are as shown:
1. Click any element in the left pane.
2. Select the back color in the BackColor list.
3. Select the border color in the BorderColor list.
4. Repeat these steps to customize colors as per your requirement.
5. Click Save and Close.
This saves the settings and closes the screen.
To delete an organization-level theme
1. Follow the steps given in the previous section to navigate to the Edit JDX Theme V2 screen.
2. Select the theme which you wish to delete.
3. Click More and select Delete.
This displays the following message:
4. Click Yes.
The selected theme is deleted from the system.
Ensure that the theme which you are deleting is not assigned to any organization or entity.
If a theme assigned to an entity is deleted, it will appear in black and white (without any color and missing lines). You can fix this issue by assigning another theme to that entity.
