You can configure settings of the graph on the main page.
To define the color and caption of the segments
1. On the main page, right-click the Graphs section and select Edit Main Page Settings.
This displays the following screen:
2. Click the Home Page V2 Graphs tab.
You can edit the visual settings in this tab.
3. Click Edit Graph Click Destinations.
This displays the View Control screen:
This screen displays the color and caption settings of the segments in the graph.
The following figure describes the setting for one segment:
4. Edit the caption and color of the required segments as shown in the following figure:
5. Click Save and Close.
6. Click Save and Close.
This updates the color of the segment in the graph as shown:
To define the legend settings
1. Select the percentage in the Minimum Segment Purchase to Display Around Graph list.
This percentage defines the empty space around the segment as shown in the following figure:
2. Select the Move to Legend for only One Segment check box if you wish to move the segment details in the Legend.
The Legend is described in the following figure:
3. Edit the legend title in the Graph Legend Title box, if required.
4. Click Save and Close.
To define the visibility settings of graphs
1. Click the Home Page V2 Graphs 2 tab.
This displays the following screen:
This screen contains the visibility settings of the graphs as shown in the following figure:
2. Select the following check box if you wish to show the graph:
3. Set the security profiles for this graph as shown in the following figure:
4. Edit the title in the Title box, if required.
5. Likewise, define the settings for other graphs.
6. Click Save and Close.
This displays the result in the graph as shown:
To open the destination from the graph
1. Click on any segment on the graph:
This opens the destination screen as shown:
To define the destination
1. Right-click the Graph section, and select Edit Tree Nodes.
This displays the Edit Tree Structure screen:
2. Click the Job Description Home Page V2 node to expand.
3. Select the destination in the left pane which you wish to open after clicking the graph.
4. Click the Home Page V2 Settings tab.
5. Select the graphs for which you wish to set the destination in the Graph Data Types list.
This displays the following screen:
If you define these settings for multiple destinations in the left panel, it will apply to the first destination in the sequence.
6. Click Save and Close.
This saves the settings and closes the screen,
7. Again, click any segment in the graph.
This opens the destination tab:
The destination node filters are hard-coded and not configurable. For example, when Parent Child's destination is set to Job Management, the filter defaults to Independent Jobs and is hard-coded.
To configure the job count in graphs
You can configure the job count displayed in graphs. For example, you can exclude inactive jobs from the total count. To filter out inactive jobs in the segment associated with Manage Workflows, use the sticky filters.
Edit the node to which the graph segment is assigned.
This displays the following screen:
Edit the node’s authorization settings, and use the sticky filters.
The FilterByIsRetired flag is set to Exclude. This configuration prevents retired jobs from being displayed in the node and excluded from the job count.
Click Save and Close.
