Turning Off the "Job Descriptions" and "Employee Acknowledgements" Graphs

You can turn off the Job Descriptions and Employee Acknowledgements graphs on the main page.

To turn off the “Job Descriptions” graph

1. On the main page, right-click the Graphs section and select Edit Main Page Settings.

This displays the following screen:

2. Select the Home Page V2 Graphs 2 tab.

3. Clear the following checkboxes:

• Workflow Visible – To turn off the workflow graph

• Parent/Child Visible – To turn off the parent/child graph

• Career Visible – To turn off the career graph

4. Click Save and Close.

This hides the graph on the main page as shown:

Clearing all three options hides the entire graph. Clearing a single option hides only its corresponding graph.

To turn off the “Employee - Acknowledgements” graph

1. On the main page, right-click the Graphs section and select Edit Main Page Settings.

2. Select the Home Page V2 Graphs tab.

3. Clear the Acknowledgements Visible checkbox.

4. Click Save and Close.

This hides the graph on the main page as shown:
