You can set the sequence of tabs, edit tab captions, restrict access to users, and set the printed flag in this editor.
To view the Configure Tab Pages screen
1. Click Configure Tab Pages.
This displays the Configure Tab Pages screen:
To change the order of the tab pages
You can change the sequence of the tabs in the form.
1. Drag the tab icon to the desired position and drop it to relocate:
This changes the position of the tab as shown:
2. Click Save and Close.
The tab is set to the new position.
3. Click Save and Close to save the changes and close the screen:
To set the tab page visibility
You can show or hide the tab pages.
1. Click the Visibility icon of a tab to make it invisible in the form.
This changes the icon as shown in the following screen:
2. Click Save and Close.
This hides the tab in the form (as shown):
To edit the caption
You can edit the caption of the tab.
1. Edit the name in the Caption column of the tab.
This displays the following screen:
2. Click Save and Close.
This displays the new caption as shown:
To set the display settings
You can configure the display settings of a tab.
1. Click the Display Settings list next to the tab and select the following
Is Printable – To enable printing of this block
Is Print Only – To set this block only for printing (not visible in the form)
Side-by-side Element – To make this block available on the Side-by-Side screen
Include Tab Page Caption – To include the tab page caption in the display
Include Tab Page Description – To include the tab page description in the display
Page Break Before – To add a page break before the block
Page Break After – To add a page break after the block
2. Click Save and Close.
The changes are reflected in the job description form.
To set the view and edit security profiles
You can assign view and edit access for the tab to specific user roles.
1. In the Viewable By column, click the list box next to More and select the user roles you wish to grant view-only access.
2. In the Editable By column, click the list box next to More and select the user roles you wish to grant the edit access.
This displays the updated roles for the tab as shown:
3. Click Save and Close.
To set the visibility expression
You can set the visibility expression on a tab.
1. In the Visibility Expression column, click Edit for a tab.
This displays the following screen:
2. Add the visibility expression and click Save and Close.
This displays the visibility expression for the tab as shown:
3. Click Save and Close.
