You can configure the buttons displayed on the job description form.
To configure the main toolbar buttons
1. Edit a job description.
This displays the buttons on the job description as shown:
2. Click More, and select Job Template.
This displays the job template editor as shown:
3. Click More, and select Job Template Settings.
This displays the following screen:
The toolbar buttons are displayed in the Main Toolbar Buttons section.
4. Select the following check boxes in the Main Toolbar Buttons section:
- Employees – To add the Employees button
- Job Family – To add the Job Family button
- View Content – To add the View Content button
- Proofreader – To add the Proofreader button
- Split Screen – To add the Split Screen button
- Form Errors – To add the Form Errors button
- Merge Jobs – To add the Merge Jobs button
- Save – To add the Save button
- Previous – To add the Previous button
- Next – To add the Next button
5. Click Save and Close.
6. Click Save and Close on the job template editor.
The updated buttons are displayed on the form as shown:
The main toolbar button names can be customized using keyword replacements. However, this does not apply to buttons like Save, Previous, and Next to maintain consistency.
To configure the form error button
You can configure to display the form validation errors.
- Open the job template editor.
- Click More, and then select Job Template Settings.
This displays the following screen:
- Select the Job Template Editor tab.
- Select the following option in the Form Errors list:
- Off – To turn off the button
- DisplayIndicatorsOnly – To display the form error indicators
- DisplayOnSaveOnly – To display the form error indicators on save
- DisplayAll – To display all indicators
- Click Save and Close.
