Create a single-step or multi-step workflow profile.
Configure the workflow profile, including steps, participants, and email rules.
Associate the workflow profile with a new or existing application cycle.
Initiate an employee workflow.
Facilitate employee review and acknowledgment of the job description.
Automatically generate employee acknowledgments using a remote task.
Send reminder emails to employees as needed.
Employees do not have the option to reject the job descriptions. If any changes are necessary, they need to communicate their requests to their manager through appropriate channels.
