Security for Accessing the Job Template Editor

Access to the Job Template Editor is only granted when the following conditions are met:

1. The user’s Job Description Auth settings' ViewMaster is true,

2. the user’s Job Description Business rules' edit_job_desc_master’s IsAuthorizedView returns true,

3. the user’s active employee role is not in the ViewMasterTemplateExcludedSecurityProfiles, and

4. the job description used to open the job template editor is not an “embedded object,” meaning it is not a job description archive, or opened from the employee record.
