You can configure the buttons displayed on the workflow toolbar.
Overview
The buttons are displayed on the workflow toolbar as shown:
- These icons are configurable within the job template editor and can be toggled on or off.
- Their visibility also depends on the participant's role.
- If any icons are not available in the job template editor, check the advanced master template.
For example, if the Mark as Complete icon is missing, go to the advanced master template. Select the Form Editor Settings tab. Click Edit in the Define Workflow Toolbar section. Click the Show Invisible button. Make the Mark as Complete icon as visible.
To configure the workflow toolbar buttons
1. Open a job in an active workflow.
This displays the following screen:
The toolbar buttons are displayed as icons on the workflow ribbon:
2. Open the job template editor.
3. Click More, and select Job Template Settings.
This displays the following screen:
4. Select the following check boxes in the Workflow Toolbar Buttons section:
- Approve Step – To add the approve step icon
- Reject Step – To add the reject step icon
- Comments – To add the comments icon
- Invite Ad-Hoc Reviewer – To add the invite ad-hoc reviewer icon
- Share Base Job – To add the share icon
- Workflow Details – To add the workflow details icon
- Compare Jobs – To add the compare jobs icon
5. Click Save and Close.
6. Click Save and Close to close the job template editor.
The updated icons are displayed on the workflow ribbon:
