You can configure the archive settings.
To configure the archive settings
1. Open the job template editor.
2. Click More, and select Job Template Settings.
This displays the following screen:
3. Select the following check boxes in the Archive Settings section:
- Create Archives for Job Descriptions based on this Job Template – This enables the IsArchived flag for jobs added using this job template. The archiving occurs upon saving the job.
- Archive the List of Employees for Jobs Based on this Job Template – When the IsEmployeeListArchived flag is enabled for a job, a list of its current employees is created as a job description archive document each time the job is archived.
4. Click Save and Close.
