You can choose to exclude blank fields from printing in the job description (Preview, Word, and PDF).

To remove the blank non-bulleted fields

You can remove the non-bulleted fields (which do not contain any data) in the preview.

1. Edit the job template editor.

2. Click the Edit icon on the required field.

This displays the following screen:

3. Select the Access tab.

This displays the following screen:

4. Select the following check boxes:

This option is available for all fields, including bullet lists.

5. Click Save and Close.

To remove the blank bulleted fields

1. Edit the job template editor.

2. Click the Edit icon of the bullet list (for example, Licenses and Certifications).

This displays the following screen:

3. Select the Data tab.

This displays the following screen:

4. Click Bullet List Designer.

This displays the following screen:

5. Click the Caption and Headings tab.

This displays the following screen:

6. Select the No Print of Caption When No Data check box.

7. Click Close Form.

8. Click Save and Close.

This saves the settings and closes the job template editor.
