You can mass-update job description building blocks in multiple jobs at once.

To enable the “Mass Update” option

You need to enable this option in the authorization settings of Job Management.

This displays the following screen:

Set the user roles that you wish to grant access to this feature in the MassUpdateSecurityProfiles property.

To mass update the building blocks

1. Navigate to the Job Management tab.

2. Select the jobs for which you want to update the blocks.

3. Right-click these jobs and select Mass Update.

This feature is configured based on user roles.

This displays the following screen:

Currently, this feature is limited to specific blocks. The blocks marked in ! are not data bound.

4. Select the following item In the Job Family / Sub-Function list:

This displays the job family explorer as shown:

5. Select the new job family and click Select and Close.

6. Click Update Jobs.

This displays the following screen after completing the process:

7. Click Download to download the report.
