Bullet lists are used to display information in blocks such as Education, Experience, Licenses and Certifications, Essential Functions, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities, and more. They are configured within the job template editor.
Overview
The following are the examples of bullet lists in job descriptions:
To view the bullet list designer
- Open the job template editor.
- Click the Edit icon of the bullet list block.
- Select the Data tab.
- Click Bullet List Designer.
This displays the Bullet List Designer screen as shown:
This screen contains the following elements:

Toolbar
- Close Form – Closes the form
- Resize Larger – Increases the size of the screen
- Resize Smaller – Decreases the size of the screen
- Advanced Properties – Displays the advanced properties window

Tabbed Display
- Define Grid Columns – Displays the list of column and details of the bullet list
- Caption and Headings – Displays the settings of caption and headings of columns
- Row/Column Settings – Displays the row options
- Toolbar Settings – Displays the base properties of the selected toolbar button
- Advanced Options – Displays the advanced options to configure toolbar user interface, grid color, height, and so on

- Column Settings – Displays the column settings
- Text Box Settings – Displays the text box column settings
- Advanced Options – Displays the optional properties of columns
- Content Settings – Displays the content settings of row columns
- Preview – Displays the preview of the bullet list (with current settings)
