You can configure the Word conversion profiles to control the printable format and content blocks for different audiences (for example, recruiting, HR).
To access the Word conversion profiles
1. Edit the job template editor.
2. Click More, and select Word Conversion Profiles.
This displays the following screen:
You can add new conversion profiles, set passwords, create templates, and configure additional settings.
To add a new Word conversion profile
1. Click Add New.
This displays the following dialog box:
3. Enter the new profile name.
4. Click Save and Close.
This creates the new profile as shown:
5. Click Create Template.
This displays the Create Word Conversion Template screen:
6. Select the tabs from the list which you wish to display in the preview and print.
7. Click the Override Block Print Flags tab.
You can select the building blocks to print in this tab.
8. Click Add Override.
This displays the following screen:
You can select the building blocks from the tabs which you wish to override. You can choose if these building blocks can be printed or not.
9. Select the required building blocks from the tabs.
10. Click Select Block(s) and Close Form.
This lists the building block as shown in the following figure:
11. Click the Word Conversion Template - Main Options tab.
12. Click Save to Database to save the conversion template.
This saves the configuration in the selected template:
13. Click Save.
To grant user roles access for this profile
1. Select the Security and Formats tab.
2. Define the user roles in the Security Profiles for this Conversion Profile box.
3. Click Save.
To add a watermark
1. Select the Watermark tab.
2. Select the Show Watermark for Revision Copy check box
3. Configure other settings in the Watermark Properties section:
4. Click Save.
To regenerate all Word conversion profiles
You can regenerate the Word conversion profiles if you wish to reset the profiles to default.
1. Click Regenerate All Word Conversion Profiles.
This displays the following message:
2. Click Yes.
This resets all profiles to default.
This permanently removes all customizations from the profiles and resets to the default settings. Locked profiles cannot be regenerated.
