You can configure the row and column settings in the bullet list designer.
To define rows
- Select the Row/Column Settings tab.
This displays the following screen:
- Select the following option:
- No Default Rows – To manually add new rows in the bullet list
- Default Rows Only – To specify only the default rows (no adding or deleting of rows is allowed)
- Default Rows for New Only – To use the default rows when there are no rows in the list. Else, the default rows are ignored.
To specify the default row source
- Select the Default Rows Only option in the Default Rows Options section.
- Select the following option in the Default Rows Source section:
- Pre-defined – To specify the pre-defined set of rows in the bullet list
- Override Ref. B/List – To specify a tagged text expression to automatically populate the options in the bullet list using the reference bullet lists
- Override Expression – To specify the override expression
To specify the row/column settings
- Select the appropriate value in the following:
- Min Row Height – To specify the minimum row height
- Max Row Height – To specify the maximum row height
- Row Left Margin – To specify the row left margin
- Column Gap – To specify the gap between the two columns
- Row Gap – To specify the gap between the two rows
To specify the image for the bullet
- Click More next to the Row Bullet Image field and select the bullet image.
- Click Close Form to save the settings and close the form.
