You can configure the row and column settings in the bullet list designer.
To define rows
Select the Row/Column Settings tab.
This displays the following screen:
Select the following option:
No Default Rows – To manually add new rows in the bullet list
Default Rows Only – To specify only the default rows (no adding or deleting of rows is allowed)
Default Rows for New Only – To use the default rows when there are no rows in the list. Else, the default rows are ignored.
To specify the default row source
Select the Default Rows Only option in the Default Rows Options section.
Select the following option in the Default Rows Source section:
Pre-defined – To specify the pre-defined set of rows in the bullet list
Override Ref. B/List – To specify a tagged text expression to automatically populate the options in the bullet list using the reference bullet lists
Override Expression – To specify the override expression
To specify the row/column settings
Select the appropriate value in the following:
Min Row Height – To specify the minimum row height
Max Row Height – To specify the maximum row height
Row Left Margin – To specify the row left margin
Column Gap – To specify the gap between the two columns
Row Gap – To specify the gap between the two rows
To specify the image for the bullet
Click More next to the Row Bullet Image field and select the bullet image.
Click Close Form to save the settings and close the form.
