Configuring the Captions and Headings

You can configure the captions and headings.

To configure the caption and headings

  1. Select the Captions and Headings tab.

  1. Select the Show the Main Caption checkbox to display the caption in the bullet list.
  2. Enter the caption in the Caption Details box.

  1. Select the Has Custom Caption Style checkbox and click Define Caption Style if you wish to customize the caption style.

  1. Select the caption height in the Caption Height box.

  1. Select the Show the Sub-Heading checkbox to show the sub heading.
  2. Enter the sub heading in the Sub-Heading Details box.

  1. Select the Has Custom Sub-Heading Style checkbox and click Define Sub-Heading Style to customize the sub heading.

  1. Select the subheading height in the Set Sub-Heading Height list.

To configure the column headings and toolbar

  1. Select the following options in the Column Headings and Toolbar section:
  • Show Toolbar – To display the toolbar
  • Show Column Headings – To display the column headings

  1. Select the column heading height in the Column Heading Height list.

To configure the print options

  1. Select the following options:
  • No Print of Caption When No Data – To prevent the caption from printing when there is no data in the field
  • Print the Caption – To print the caption
    • Caption Height Percentage - Enter the caption height percentage
  • Print Sub-Heading – To print the sub-heading
  • Print Column Headings – To print the column heading
  • No Section Break after This Block – To remove the section break after this block
