To retrieve specific rows in a bullet list

1. Select the Row/Column Settings tab.

This displays the following screen:

2. Select the following in the Row Export Option list:

• Exports all rows in the bullet list, visible and invisible – To export all rows in the bullet list (visible and invisible)
• Exports only visible rows in the bullet list – To export only the visible rows
• Exports only rows in the bullet list with a value in Drop Down #1 (ignore the visible flag) – To export only rows in the bullet list with a value in Drop Down #1 column (irrespective of the visible flag)
• Exports only rows in the bullet list with a value in Drop Down #1 (visible only) – To export only the visible rows in the list with a value in Drop Down #1 column.
• Exports only rows that are checked. (ignores the visible flag) – To export only the checked rows (irrespective of the visible rows) (for rows with checkbox).
• Exports only rows that have a value in the RBValue (radio button) – To export only the rows with a value in the RBValue column (for radio button).
• Exports only rows that have a value in Text1 (ignores the visible flag) – To export only the rows with a value in the Text1 column (irrespective of the visible rows).

2. Click Close Form.
