You can configure the toolbar buttons of the bullet lists blocks.
To edit the toolbar buttons
1. Edit the job template editor.
2. Click the Edit icon of the block.
3. Select the Data tab.
4. Click Bullet List Designer.
This displays the following screen:
5. Click the Toolbar Settings tab.
This screen contains the following columns:
Button Name – Name of the button
Is Visible – Is the button visible (True or False)
Index – Position of the button in the toolbar
Text Override – Tooltip text
The functionality of each button is described in the following table:

To enable or disable the toolbar button
1. Select the button in the left pane whose settings you wish to change.
This displays the settings in the right pane.
2. Select the This Toolbar button is visible check box to enable the button in the toolbar.
3. Enter the details in the following boxes:
Button Text – Text to be displayed on the button
ToolTip – Tooltip text
This updates the details in the left pane as shown in the following figure:
4. Follow the same steps for other buttons, if required.
Clear the This Toolbar button is visible check box to disable the button in the toolbar.
5. Click Close Form.
6. Click Save and Close.
This displays the new buttons in the bullet list toolbar.
7. Click More to display the remaining toolbar buttons.
The toolbar displays only six buttons, remaining are displayed in the More option.
8. Click Save and Close.
This saves the settings and closes the screen.
